Rules and Regulations
The Championship format is going to be a stoke play competition posting 4 rounds of 18 holes with the lowest collective score in each bracket being the Champion, whether net or gross.
Tee times and setting up the
matches will be the player’s responsibility. Deadlines
will be set for each match in the brackets.If a match
is not on the tee sheet by the deadline a coin flip will
be made to decide the winner. Pending that both players
making an effort to schedule the match. If continual
efforts are not made by one of the players, the other
will advance to the next round. Phone calls will also
be made by the golf shop to remind players that the
deadline is approaching.
If a match goes to
extra holes they will have to continue if #1 or #10 are
available.If #1 or #10 are not available the match
will have to be continued another day with an extension
deadline of 7 days.
The Jones Bracket
matches will be played from the BLUE TEES.
The Hogan Bracket matches will be played from the WHITE
TEES.
ENTRY:
MEMBERS: $10 For entry into the Club Championship
NON-MEMBERS: $15 For entry in the Club Championship (Non-members must play
Grand National on a regular basis or be affiliated with
the Club)
PRIZES: Depending on number of participants gift
certificates will be handed out to the top four spots of
each bracket. Also, a plaque will be hung in the
golf shop with the Club Champion’s name engraved under
last years Club Champion! (Low net and Low Gross)
